If you set up your individual account to keep a credit card on file (and get the lowest available rate for your subscription), and now you need to cancel or update the information, please contact the Help Center via the form below.
If you would like to find out when your account will automatically renew next, go to your account home page and click "manage my account." You will see your account expiration date there. We attempt to auto renew your account one month prior to your expiration date so you'll have time to renew your account manually in case your credit card has expired or has changed and the renewal cannot be processed.
We also send out email reminders a week prior to your auto renewal date to remind you of the upcoming renewal.
