I haven't received activation email

If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, we will send you an email with instructions to activate your account. This email will be separate from your receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

If you do not have an email with your account activation details, it is possible there is a typo in your email address or an error happened in processing.
