We verify member discounts using a master data management number created by AP to identify you as a member or customer.
If you have a question about whether your organization is a member of the AP, you can contact your AP bureau chief or broadcast salesperson.
If you don't know who your chief or salesperson is, that's not a problem.
If you don't have your MDM number, simply leave that field blank on the order form and we will look it up for you when you submit your order. We verify each member order manually so you might experience a short delay as we check your status.
If we find you are not an AP member, we will follow up and ask for your authorization to change your order from member pricing to general rates.
